 All taxis in Bali charge the same rate, which is a flag rate of 5000rp, plus 2500rp for each extra kilometer.

Tip: 1. Have plenty of change on you, as drivers often claim not to have change, hoping you will allow them to keep the difference.

       2.Make sure the driver understands where he’s heading and uses the meter.

Accomodation:

  The tourism industry is primarily focused in the south, while significant in the other parts of the island as well. The main tourist locations are the town of Kuta (with its beach).

Shopping:

Kuta is also a good place for shopping, there are numerous shops in Kuta, lined up on Kuta Beach, Kuta Sidewalk, Legian Street. Shops selling clothing, leather goods, pirated DVDs and handicrafts line the streets.

Prices differ from store to store but with the variety of choices, you will be sure to find something that matches your budget.

Enjoyment: 

Bali is famous for its culture,  about 93.18% of Bali's population adheres to Balinese Hinduism.Famous Balinese dances include pendet, legong, baris, topeng, barong, gong keybar, and kecak (the monkey dance).

Many tourists go to Bali to enjoy SPA, almost in all hotels, there are SPA sevice.

Surfing is another famous enjoyment.

Dining:

From a five-star restaurant to a roadside stall, you will be amazed by the choices offered. You can always find something that caters to your taste. Almost every restaurant will serve nasi goreng (Indonesian fried rice with a fried egg on top) and mie goreng (fried noodles with egg). These basic dishes are generally the favorites amongst tourists and travellers.

Traffic:There are three options for you.

1, Aircraft

2, Bus

3, Railway

  The prize of Air ticket varies from time to time, in public holiday, the price maybe doubles. It is the fast and the most valuable option, it takes only 1 hour from Singapore to KL.

  Most of the people choose bus, becourse bus fare is cheap and the bus is getting more comfortable, on the other hand, you can enjoy the scenery on the way. From Singapore to KL bus takes 5-7 Hours.

  Taking train is an interesting option, the price of primier class is same as air ticket and it takes 7 hours. However, you can have a good dream and better environment than bus.

  In KL, in order to safe money, LRT is a good choice.

Accomodation:

  First 2 night stay in First World Hotel. It has 6200 rooms, these rooms are old and small, in holiday, you need to queue for hours to check in. you better select other hotel.

  There are many high class hotel in KL, they are much cheaper than hotels in Singapore. If you concern about your safety and want to enjoy shopping, staying in KLCC (Kuala Lumpur City Centre) is the best option.

Shopping: For brand goods, Suria KLCC, Avenue K and Bukit Bintang Plazza in KLCC.

The other shopping area is Chinatown, Sungei Wang Plaza & BB plaza. You can find bargain good and service.

Enjoyment: Petronas Twin tower is a must-go place. Admission to the sky bridge is free on first come first serve basis. Availability of ticket is limited. You need to queueearly for ticket before 10 am.

  Sunway Lagoon is the most famous playground. There are five different park inside, they are Extreme Park, Amusement Park, Water Park, Wildlife Park and Scream Park.

Dining: . Hawker centres can be found in almost every corner of the city, serving every type of food, Malay, Indian and Chinese, in Malaysia, and most are open 24 hours.

I come from Hainan, China. I deeply love my hometown. Now, I want to introduce Hainan to all the tourists who want to travel free and easy.

Exchange Rate: 1 Singapore Dollar =5.0543 RMB(CNY)(27/11/2010) , Tip : Exchange RMB in Singapore. RMB can not be freely exchanged in China, it is only allowed in banks and it is not convenient.

Traffic: From Singapore to Hainan, there are only two airlines.

One-way Ticket fare is around $120-150 SGD, excepted school holiday and Chinese lunar new year. 

In Haikou City, you can travel by bus, it is cheap and you can enjoy more fun. At the same time, you can take Taxi, flat-dowm fare is ￥10,  bargaining is available. From Haikou City to Sanya City, express bus needs 3.5 hours. At the end of 2010, high-speed rail is ready to run.

Accomodation: There are lots of choices of hotel in Hainan, many 5-star hotel have good service.

In Haikou, I recommend "Xinyuan Hot Spring Hotel", it is located in city centre. 

In Sanya, if you want to enjoy high-class beach and hotel, they are on Yalong Bay.

Shopping: In China, you can always find cheap and interesting stuff, but be alert, some of them dont have quality assurence. From 2011, you can buy tax-free goods in Sanya.

Enjoyment: These are the place I suggest to travel.

2 Days stay in Haikou: Jiefang Road(解放路）, Wugong Temple (五公祠), Green Meadows Park (万绿园), Guomao plate（国贸）, Haixiu Road（海秀路）

2 Days in Sanya: Sanya Luhuitou Park（鹿回头), Dadonghai(大东海）, Nanshan Temple（南山寺）, Yalong bay（亚龙湾）, Tianyahaijiao（天涯海角）

Nightlife: Nightlife in Hainan is at late night, even at 3AM, some restaurants can be full house.

Dining: there are four most famous menus in Hainan, Wenchang Chicken（文昌鸡）, Jiaji Duck（加积鸭）, Dongshan Lamb（东山羊）, Hele Crab（和乐蟹）. If you can chance, these are the must try food.

Tip 1: If you have friends from Hainan, ask him to be your guide, it makes big difference. Many of tourists have been cheated.

Tip 2: Hainan is not as safe as Singapore, be aware of thief !!! Do not bring too much cash with you on the street.

Traffic: From Singapore to Phuket, you can select four budget airways ,

The earlier you book ticket, the cheaper it is. 

Since Phuket is a small island, even smaller than Singapore, it is quite convinient to travel around, if you have driving licence, you can rent car and motor bike. For your safety,  taking Taxi is a better way. From airport to Patong Beach, 600B ,the taxi driver was very friendly. My girlfriend has carsickness, the taxi driver was very gentle, he slowed down the speed and opened the windows.

Accomodation: I recommend hotels on Patong Beach, you can enjoy nightlife conveniently.

The ealier, the cheaper.Hotel sevice in thailand is remarkable, you dont have to choose hotels on the beach, they are usually more expensive. Patong Beach is free for tourists, you only need to walk for a few minutes from hotel.

Shopping: Patong Beach is the busiest shopping area in Phuket, if you stay in Patong beach, it is convenient to enjoy nightlife there. Phuket City is too old to travel.

Enjoyment: There are lots of travel agency on the road side, you can choose two ideal plans for two days. It is around 1200B per person, different journey has different price, you can bargain. These agents  are reliable, they will pick you up from your hotel and plan the route for the whole day well. In the evening, you can enjoy famous Thai Massage, it costs 700B per person for two hours.

Dining: You can enjoy affordable seafood in many restaurants, this is a menu in a normal restaurant. Before I went to Phuket, everyone recommended seafood there. According to my investigation, the seafood is not good enough, at least not fresh.

Tip  1:You can get free Sim Card in the airport Arrivial Hall, you can top up in 7-11.

Tip  2:Wear fast-dry shorts.

Tip  3: Take care of your safety, we encounterd big trouble in Phuket. On the second day, we rented two jet ski on Patong beach, it was exciting. When we came back, they found that part of outer covering of jet ski is broken. They asked us to paid 28000B, we disagreed and asked police for help. Finally, we compensated 10000B.
