Traffic:There are three options for you.

2, Bus
3, Railway
The prize of Air ticket varies from time to time, in public holiday, the price maybe doubles. It is the fast and the most valuable option, it takes only 1 hour from Singapore to KL.
Most of the people choose bus, becourse bus fare is cheap and the bus is getting more comfortable, on the other hand, you can enjoy the scenery on the way. From Singapore to KL bus takes 5-7 Hours.
Taking train is an interesting option, the price of primier class is same as air ticket and it takes 7 hours. However, you can have a good dream and better environment than bus.
In KL, in order to safe money, LRT is a good choice.
Accomodation:
First 2 night stay in First World Hotel. It has 6200 rooms, these rooms are old and small, in holiday, you need to queue for hours to check in. you better select other hotel.
There are many high class hotel in KL, they are much cheaper than hotels in Singapore. If you concern about your safety and want to enjoy shopping, staying in KLCC (Kuala Lumpur City Centre) is the best option.
Shopping: For brand goods, Suria KLCC, Avenue K and Bukit Bintang Plazza in KLCC.
The other shopping area is Chinatown, Sungei Wang Plaza & BB plaza. You can find bargain good and service.
Enjoyment: Petronas Twin tower is a must-go place. Admission to the sky bridge is free on first come first serve basis. Availability of ticket is limited. You need to queueearly for ticket before 10 am.
Sunway Lagoon is the most famous playground. There are five different park inside, they are Extreme Park, Amusement Park, Water Park, Wildlife Park and Scream Park.
Dining: . Hawker centres can be found in almost every corner of the city, serving every type of food, Malay, Indian and Chinese, in Malaysia, and most are open 24 hours.
